What are the simPRO Tips, Tricks, Updates & Key Feature Spotlight Sessions?
These sessions are designed to take an in-depth, deep-dive on a specific topic each session.
The sessions are an information packed one hour group session presented live by our most experienced consultants who will expand your simPRO knowledge with simple, easy-to-understand explanations, full examples and usage cases for different types of businesses.
The goal of these sessions is to introduce you to a new topic, show you how to set everything up and explain all the different settings available and their impact. Then to provide examples and scenarios that will give you a full working knowledge of that topic.
At the end of the session you will have all the information you need to make all the changes, tweaks and updates required to enhance your business.
You can then use your personal training sessions to go even further into the topic where we can personally guide you through exactly how it would work for your business.
What are the personal training sessions?
These sessions are a one hour zoom session booked in with you in advance and can be used to do training in any topics of your choosing.
Most commonly they are used to:
Answer questions specifically for you and your business as they come up during the course of using simPRO day to day.
Take an in depth look specifically for your business on the topics that are presented during the Tips, Trick, Updates and Key Feature Sessions. We can apply the settings and do the setup with you to ensure it is set up and being used optimally.
Go through what you have done since the last session and ensure that you are moving forward in your program to enhance your business with simPRO and connected systems.
Go through any other topics, training or scenarios that will benefit your business.
What are the Half Day Training & Consulting sessions?
These sessions are a dedicated 4 hour block that we schedule with you ahead of time which is specifically designed for in-depth training and consulting.
They are most commonly used for:
Training new staff
Calculating overheads
Custom forms and template designs
Setting up BI Reports and dashboards
In-depth look at more comprehensive topics such as maintenance planner or multi-company setup, etc.
Completing workflows for different aspects of your business
Completing and updating your training, how-to guides and other documentation
